About Narai Partners
A bridge between foreign companies and Thai law
Founded by French entrepreneurs and Thai lawyers who have worked with international companies in Thailand for two decades.
Thailand welcomes foreign business, but its rules are written in Thai, applied by many different offices and change often. International companies need lawyers who know the system from the inside and can explain it in terms that make sense at head office.
That is why we built Narai Partners: a small team of Thai lawyers and advisors with experience in international law firms and multinational companies, led by founders who have run businesses in Thailand themselves. Our clients come from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and many other countries, across a wide range of industries.
Who was King Narai?
King Narai reigned over Siam in the 17th century and was the first Siamese monarch to establish diplomatic relations with foreign nations. He welcomed foreign merchants and envoys to Ayutthaya, then the capital, and helped turn it into a major centre of trade and culture.
We took his name because we do the same work at our scale: connecting foreign investors with Thailand, safely and on clear terms.
