A graduate of Audencia Business School in France and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy, Benoît started his career in Thailand in 2005. He was CFO of listed and private companies across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with postings in Bangkok, Jakarta, Istanbul and Warsaw.

He advises on corporate structuring and restructuring, cross-border transactions, international taxation and financial planning.

Nantida holds a master's degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Ramkhamhaeng University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.

With over 15 years in accounting and tax firms in Thailand, she covers local and international tax law and has extensive experience with tax refund cases at the Revenue Department and foreign investment matters with the Ministry of Commerce and the Board of Investment.

Supanut holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kasetsart University, majoring in Intellectual Property Law, a Thai lawyer licence and a notarial services attorney certification. He has over 10 years of experience in international law firms and as Legal Manager of a major international retail and technology group in Thailand.

He specialises in corporate and commercial law, foreign direct investment, dispute resolution and litigation, labour law, digital law and intellectual property.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn University, majoring in business and taxation law, Thananya gained her experience in reputable international law firms, working with multinational clients on market entry, M&A and regulatory compliance.

She specialises in corporate and commercial law, foreign direct investment, data privacy and labour law.

Budsarakam holds a master's degree from the Australian National University (ANU), specialising in new technology law, a bachelor's degree from Thammasat University and a Thai lawyer licence, with five years of experience in international law firms.

She specialises in corporate and commercial law, real estate (land and factory) transfers, licensing such as recruitment licences, the Personal Data Protection Act and legal research, and assists clients with the Revenue Department, the Social Security Office and the Labour Department.

Ornjira holds a diploma in accounting and a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and has more than 10 years of experience in human resources in international organisations, focused on immigration and labour relations.

She works every week with the Immigration Bureau, the Department of Employment, the Revenue Department, the Board of Investment and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
